Needless to say, we don’t put coats, etc. Instead, we have to store our long-handled cleaning supplies in our hall closet. I’d add a closet inside the laundry room to store our long-handled cleaning implements, like our vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, ironing board, etc.So, the room tends to be dark, even with overhead lighting! It makes it hard to see the spots when pre-treating laundry! And, it’s on the north side of the house blocked from the sun by the garage on the west side of our house. The window in our current laundry is small. Since he does the laundry in our family (yep I’m lucky like that!), I’d make sure the laundry room was a good size so that he could handle it easier.
